Workplace Culture Solutions
Curated Leadership delivers workplace culture solutions that tackle the issues holding teams back—turnover, conflict, microaggressions, disengagement, and unfair systems. We combine culture audits with industry benchmarking to surface root causes and build clear, measurable actions.
As your partner, we coach leaders, equip teams, and update policies and workflows so belonging and fairness become everyday practice—and results follow. Ready to retain talent, reduce risk, and strengthen culture? Contact us to get started.
Internal Assessments
Curated Leadership’s internal assessments power our workplace culture solutions by pinpointing the real causes of turnover, conflict, stalled advancement, and uneven employee experiences. We examine policies, practices, and everyday behaviours through an equity-centred, anti-oppressive lens—engaging staff and community partners across all levels.
Using a mixed-methods approach (confidential surveys, listening sessions, document and policy reviews, HR/process and pay-equity scans, accessibility checks), we surface systemic barriers and hidden bias that limit full participation and progress. We then benchmark your results against sector standards to quantify gaps and highlight what’s working.
You receive a tailored findings brief and a prioritized roadmap—quick wins (30/60/90 days) and longer-term actions—aligned to your goals and resources, with clear metrics for retention, engagement, representation, and risk reduction.
Leadership Coaching
Curated Leadership’s coaching builds leaders who make inclusion a daily habit—and turn workplace culture solutions into results. We focus on skills that reduce turnover and conflict, increase trust, and create fair, high-performing teams.
How we coach
Formats: 1:1 and group cohorts with practice labs and real-time feedback

Intercultural Development Inventory®
The Intercultural Development Inventory® (IDI®) assesses intercultural competence—the capability to shift cultural perspective and appropriately adapt behaviour to cultural differences and commonalities. Intercultural competence has been identified as a critical capability in several studies focusing on international business adaptation and job performance, international student adjustment, international transfer of technology and information, international study abroad, and inter-ethnic relations within nations.
The Intercultural Development Inventory® is a 50-item questionnaire available online that can be completed in 15–20 minutes. The IDI® measures both one’s mindset and skillset and supports personal growth and the development of intercultural awareness through Individual Learning Plans.
