Internal Culture Assessments

Evidence-Based Culture Audits That Reveal Real Barriers

Systemic inequity doesn't show up in one-off surveys. Our comprehensive culture assessments use an equity-centred, anti-oppressive approach to examine policies, practices, communication patterns, and everyday behaviours. We conduct confidential surveys, listening sessions, leadership interviews, accessibility reviews, and policy scans to uncover what's really driving turnover, disengagement, and uneven advancement.

The result is a full-picture understanding of your organization's culture strengths and gaps — grounded in evidence, not assumptions.

What You Receive:

  • Evidence-based insights addressing systemic inequity and barriers to belonging

  • Organization-wide feedback from staff, leaders, and key stakeholders

  • Benchmark data highlighting gaps in engagement, inclusion, and employee experience

  • Prioritized, measurable roadmap for improving employee retention, strengthening psychological safety, and building collaborative cultures

Methodology grounded in: Anti-oppression frameworks, equity-centred design, and best practices in workplace culture research.

Headshot of Ogho Ikhalo, one of our facilitators that focuses on French language training in the workplace culture

“Curated Leadership completed a comprehensive barriers review for an organization I was affiliated with, analyzing and evaluating current policies and processes related to the Talent Management Lifecycle (TML) to uncover possible biases for employees that identify as women, Indigenous, Black, racialized, 2SLGBTQIA+, people with disabilities, and immigrant professionals.

CL’s contribution significantly enabled the organization to develop a comprehensive DEI strategic roadmap and action plan, improving retention rates for underrepresented groups, identifying DEI targets, and advancing the organization's DEI mandate.”
