With experience across international education, sales, and marketing sectors. Jhossayra has led business development efforts, strengthened client relationships, and optimized CRM systems to support growth and retention.

Prior to joining DeGroote, Jhossayra worked as a Sales Specialist and Account Executive, where they developed tailored solutions for clients, built and maintained key accounts, and implemented tools like Zoho CRM to streamline lead tracking and improve conversion rates.

Passionate about digital transformation and data-driven decision-making, Jhossayra is now focused on combining business acumen with analytics and strategy through their MBA journey. Their career interests lie in the intersection of customer success, partner ecosystems, and consulting — with a long-term goal of creating value through innovation and inclusive business practices.
