Naomi Colley
(she/her/hers)
Summer Intern
Hi there! My name is Naomi, an emerging professional passionate about the intersection of human behavior, organizational culture, and systemic equity. Currently, I am in my fourth year in the Honours Social Psychology program at McMaster University, minoring in Mental Health, Addictions, and Society. My academic and professional journey is deeply rooted in understanding what motivates people and how inclusive spaces are built.
To bridge the gap between theory and impactful practice, I have earned a certificate in Disability Management and am actively working toward a certification in Leadership, Equity, and Social Change. I thrive on translating complex psychological insights into practical solutions, having previously facilitated professional development workshops and collaborated on equity, diversity, inclusion, and anti-racism (EDIA) initiatives. My ultimate goal is to help shape workplace ecosystems where diverse talent is not only supported but structurally empowered to thrive.
What brings you joy?
For me, joy comes in the moments where I am focused in the present moment. Doing pilates/yoga, walking in nature, and colouring are my favourite activities for this.
